Lisa is mom to Ezra and Wes. She began her time with Fit4Mom right before the pandemic looking to meet other moms and continued working out with baby Ezra virtually, continuing throughout her next pregnancy, as well!

Lisa has a background in early childhood education and art and loves meeting all of the mamas and littles in our village.
